• Domestic Orders: A nominal charge of ₹200 will be applicable for exchanges on domestic orders, which will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
• International Orders: Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

2. Return and Credit Note Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for domestic orders only within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Charges: A return charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount for domestic orders.
• International Orders: We regret to inform you that international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us immediately with images of the damaged product and packaging.
• After 24 hours, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or claims for damaged products.

4. Important Notes

• Once the 7-day exchange/return window has passed, no exchange or return requests will be entertained, regardless of the condition of the product.
• All exchanges, returns, and credit notes are subject to verification and approval by our quality assurance team.
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
